It's coming to the end of 2016 so I decided to share some images which I've took during my trip in Japan earlier this year. It is going to be image intensive and I am going to split them into about 3 posts so enjoy the images and stay tune for the next one. If you love words, there's captions below most of the images. hope it helps for your coming sakura trip in Japan. This trip covered mainly Osaka 大阪, Kyoto 京都, Nara 奈良 and Tokyo 東京.
Midnight flight with Japan Airlines. Only Singapore Airlines have direct flights to KIX so we have to transit in Haneda Airport 羽田空港
A kind of photo bomb from me.
Not the latest inflight entertainment system but not complaining since I slept through the flight. Ah yes, I read Japanese.
Within vicinity of where I am staying. Within 15 minute walk to Osaka Castle 大阪城公園. The location is amazing as there's 24 hour Family Mart right below and some eateries around. Not to mention Yoshinoya 吉野屋!
So we walked to Osaka Castle 大阪城公園 right after checking in our Airbnb place.
Sakura 桜 were in full bloom. How lucky! Sakura in Kansai 関西 usually in full blossom in early April
Spotted 2 girls posing in front of the castle. I thought it was a cute sight
Pretty sakura tree and the castle
We walked up to the top of the castle. Pretty view!
We spotted a curry rice shop which is directly below my apartment and thought why not?
Chose tonkatsu 豚カツ. It was the best curry rice I ever had! Incredibly amazing!
This is gold because it's the creamiest green tea latte you can find and rare outside Osaka 大阪
On our way walking to famous bamboo grove 竹林の小径 in Arashiyama 嵐山, you might see some interesting stuff like this and some houses.
They have trishaw service too! They even bring you through bamboo grove!
Unless you visit in very early morning, the human traffic is usually terrible. Nevertheless, pleasing walk.
Stay tune for my next post. Feel free to drop me email for recommendation on accommodation, food, attractions and anything. Or leave your comment below.
